In 2023, they expanded their production workshop in Plouay, Brittany, in a 200m² space where they now produce about 1 million mini cones per month! Why Brittany? For Marie's family roots, but especially for the Breton agri-food ecosystem, its technical expertise, and its particular attention to product quality. At Bitecone, no palm oil, no GMOs, sustainable cocoa, French chocolate. The recipe is simple but perfect: 50% crunchy waffle, 50% melting chocolate. Three flavors (white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate), and already over 100,000 gourmets conquered in Europe.

Marie Kergosien, originally from Brittany, and Camil Ferdj, a Parisian entrepreneur at heart, thought: "What if we could recreate this pleasure endlessly, without needing ice cream, at any time of the year?" The idea was born. After testing and validating the concept in Denmark (a country very fond of sweets), they launched Bitecone in August 2022.
