Teas (black and green) come exclusively from the Camellia sinensis plant and naturally contain caffeine. They offer complex aromas and stimulating benefits. Herbal Infusions are made from plants, spices, fruits, and flowers and are 100% caffeine-free, perfect for hydration and relaxation. This distinction lets you choose based on the time of day and the effect you want: stimulation or relaxation.

Each category has its own optimal storage requirements. Store all your products in a dry, cool, and dark place. Green Teas and Matcha are more delicate: ideally, keep them in the refrigerator in their original packaging. Each category requires a specific technique: Black Teas at 100°C for 3-5 minutes, Green Teas at 70-80°C for a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Herbal Infusions can handle boiling water and longer steeping times (5-7 minutes). Matcha is traditionally whisked with water at 70°C. Ube blends perfectly into your hot or cold drinks.
