🥜 Organic Peanut Butter (45% of the recipe): The star ingredient, making up almost half of each ball. This creamy base delivers an incomparable smooth texture and an impressive dose of plant protein (around 25 g per 100 g of peanut butter). Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (the “good” fats that protect your heart), magnesium, vitamin E and fibre, it keeps you full for longer and gives you steady energy without a blood sugar spike. It’s what turns this ball into a truly satisfying snack, not just a treat that leaves you hungry for more.

🍯 Organic Agave Syrup: The natural sweetener that brings sweetness without hammering your blood sugar. With a glycaemic index of around 15 (versus 70 for white sugar), it sweetens gently and helps prolong satiety. It also binds all the ingredients together and gives that slightly sticky texture typical of cookie dough. Its neutral, lightly caramelised flavour lets the chocolates really shine.
