Pistachio (40%) : The undisputed star of the recipe, pistachio brings that signature tender green color and an intense, lightly sweet flavor that really makes all the difference. Rich in healthy fats, plant proteins, and fiber, it offers a naturally smooth, creamy texture. It’s what gives this nut spread its unique character and its authentic taste of real pistachio.

Pure white chocolate with cocoa butter : Made with real cocoa butter and whole milk powder, white chocolate delivers that milky sweetness and incomparable melt. Choosing pure cocoa butter ensures a velvety texture and a clean, pure flavor—without the bitterness of cocoa—while fully embracing the richness of natural butter. It gently coats the pistachio without ever overpowering it.

Kadaif : A true signature of Dubai chocolate, kadaif is an oriental, delicate puff pastry—finely spun, reminiscent of angel hair. Once folded into the nut spread and lightly caramelized, it adds that unmistakably characteristic, addictive crunch. It’s the contrast of textures—between the melt-in-the-mouth base and the crisp kadaif—that makes every bite irresistible.

In just a few months, this luxurious, ultra-gourmand creation has turned into one of the world’s most iconic and sought-after desserts—an emblem of refined indulgence from the East. Dulci wanted to pay tribute to this trend while making it accessible, everyday, and truly artisanal—staying true to the Breton spirit of closeness and quality.

Dulci was born from the passion of the Bitecone, Breton chocolatiers—specialists in mini chocolate cones—who wanted to create a range dedicated to exceptional spread.

Drawing inspiration from the famous Dubai chocolate, they developed an artisanal recipe, produced in small batches in their workshops in Brittany, capturing the essence of this oriental indulgence while adding their French know-how. The goal: an ultra-gourmand, addictive spread—yet also made with a more balanced approach, with a composition that’s both healthier and more transparent.
