One ingredient, infinite flavor possibilities
Our Canadian maple syrup is the purest expression of what nature has to offer. Harvested in the ancestral forests of Quebec during the sugaring season, it embodies Canadian authenticity and tradition at their finest.
🍁 Pure Maple Sap : The only ingredient in this golden nectar. Harvested in spring when the sap rises in sugar maples, it is then naturally concentrated through evaporation. It takes 40 liters of sap to produce just 1 liter of maple syrup, which is why it delivers exceptional aromatic richness and a naturally concentrated profile of nutrients.
Grade A Classification : Our syrup is classified as Grade A—the premium category that guarantees superior quality. This international standard ensures a distinctive amber color and a well-balanced flavor profile, with buttery caramel notes, brown sugar, and roasted hazelnut. It’s the quintessential versatile maple syrup—equally at home in both sweet and savory preparations.
A 100% Natural Process : Production requires only heat for evaporation. No preservatives, no coloring agents, no thickeners, and no added sugar are used. The sap is extracted from the maples using a completely natural process that respects the tree, and then boiled in an evaporator until it reaches a 67% sugar concentration. It’s this natural concentration that gives the syrup its silky texture and intense taste.
Natural Benefits : Unlike refined white sugar, maple syrup naturally contains essential minerals such as zinc, manganese, potassium, and calcium. It’s also a source of antioxidants, especially polyphenols that help protect cells. Its glycemic index is slightly lower than that of white sugar, making it a more interesting option for sweetening your preparations.
Liquid Gold from Quebec : Each bottle tells the story of Quebec maple growers who carry on a craft passed down from generation to generation for centuries. The sugaring season, from March to April, is a crucial time when nature generously shares its sap. This deep connection to the land and the seasons makes maple syrup far more than just a sweetener: it’s a terroir product brimming with history and passion.
Unique Properties : Maple syrup doesn’t crystallize like honey and keeps exceptionally well. Once opened and stored in the refrigerator, it will retain all its properties for months. Its smooth, silky texture makes it easy to use in every kind of preparation—hot or cold.
