🌾 The Crispy Waffle (50% of the product) : This is the soul of the Bitecone—its mini-cone-shaped shell that crackles deliciously when you bite into it. Made with quality wheat flour, sugar for a touch of sweetness, sunflower vegetable oil (no palm oil at Bitecone!), and a hint of natural caramel that delivers those distinctive toasted notes. Soy lecithin helps bind the batter, giving you a texture that’s both fine and delightfully crunchy. A pinch of salt balances everything. This waffle isn’t just a container—it’s a full-on flavor element that instantly brings you back to your childhood ice cream cones—the sweet scent, the irresistible crunch, that golden color...

This isn’t ordinary white chocolate: it contains 30% cocoa butter, a noble fat extracted from cocoa beans that gives white chocolate its velvety texture and ivory color. Cocoa butter melts beautifully on the palate and delivers that incomparable creaminess. We add sugar for sweetness, powdered milk and skimmed powdered milk for that creamy, milky dimension that characterizes great white chocolate, sunflower lecithin as a natural emulsifier, and natural vanilla flavoring that elevates everything with warm, indulgent notes. This white chocolate is made in France with responsibly sourced cocoa, with no GMOs and no palm oil.

How Much Can You Eat?
One pouch contains about 20 mini cones at around 23 kcal each. You can easily enjoy 4–5 as a snack (about 115 kcal), which is very reasonable. L'histoire de Bitecone starts with a universal obsession: the very last bite of an ice cream cone. That magical moment when the crisp waffle reveals its chocolate treasure at the bottom of the cone. Marie Kergosien, Breton at heart, and Camil Ferdj, a Parisian entrepreneur through and through, asked themselves: “What if we could recreate this pleasure endlessly—without needing ice cream—any time of year?” The idea was born. After testing and validating the concept in Denmark (a country very fond of sweet treats), they launched Bitecone in August 2022.
In 2023, they rolled out their production workshop in Plouay, in Brittany, in a 200 m² space where they make around 1 million mini-cones every month today! Why Brittany? For Marie’s family roots, of course—but above all for Brittany’s food-and-agriculture ecosystem, its technical know-how, and that special care they bring to product quality. At Bitecone, no palm oil, no GMOs, sustainable cocoa, French chocolate. The recipe is simple, yet perfect: 50% crisp, crunchy waffle, 50% melting chocolate. Three flavors (white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate), and already over 100,000 delighted gourmands across Europe.
